Proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union and other international courts

We represent individuals and organisations before the European Court of Human Rights, in preliminary rulings and main proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in complaints to the European Committee of Social Rights and UN committees.

Enforcement of international judgments

We monitor and control the implementation of decisions made by international courts, to ensure that the protection of rights is not merely theoretical but tangible and effective through their subsequent enforcement by domestic authorities.

Domestic proceedings

Stage Two: Feasibility study

During this phase, we examine all the available documentation, a disposizione, draw up a defence strategy and present the action plan to the client.

Stage Three: Active Defence

We represent clients in court proceedings and incommunications with other parties involved in the dispute, in Italian and in foreign languages.

We handle the rafting of defence submissionsand the presentation of arguments at hearings. We pursue the case with diligence and commitment, maintaining constant contact with the Client.
